Will pavers get mossy here?

Shaded joints will, same as concrete. A tight joint and polymeric sand slow it down. Periodic pressure washing and keeping overhanging brush cut back do more than any sealer.

Can you replace a cracked concrete patio with pavers?

Yes. Demo and haul are part of that quote. Pavers are usually the better long-term choice here because a single failed slab is a replacement, while a settled paver can be lifted and re-set.

Do you install paver driveways?

Aprons, parking pads and short drives, yes. A full street-to-garage driveway is a different spec — thicker base, heavier pavers — and we quote it that way or tell you if it is outside what we should take on.

How a paver installation visit runs

Layout and excavate
We mark the footprint, set the grade for drainage, and dig to the depth the use needs — a walkway is not a driveway.

Build the base
Gravel in lifts, compacted, then a bedding layer. Edge restraint goes in before a single paver is set.

Set, cut and lock
Pavers laid in pattern, cuts at the edges, then sand swept and compacted so the joints lock.
